Day 1: Mount Meru Hotel

Mount Meru Hotel is one of the great hotels in Arusha City. The hotel offers accommodation of high standard and high service. The hotel is on the Moshi-Arusha highway and a walking distance to the city centre approximately 20 minutes. The Golf course of Gymkana grounds offers amazing views from the back side of the hotel. Mount Meru as a mountain itself is another sign of beauty when staying in any of the rooms overlooking the mountain. Arusha is famous as the home of the indigenous Maasai tribe. It is a multicultural city with a majority Tanzanian population of mixed backgrounds, local community and different religions of the Arusha city population including Muslims, Christians, Pagans, and Hindus. Day 2: Tarangire National Park Game Driving


Spending the day in Tarangire will be exciting as you begin your safari. Expect to see exciting game views. This day is a good start as you will be passing some local villages on the way to Tarangire. See the open grassland decorated with grazing cows and goats endless seemingly plains. Day 3: Tarangire National Park Game Driving

Spend the whole day in Tarangire National Park on game drives. This 11 Days Tanzania Safari day will inspire you as you go further to the southern part of the park. Return to the lodge for hot lunches at the lodge, then continue on the afternoon game drive. This day can be spent in peace, slowly game viewing. Tarangire is the sixth largest national park covering an area of approximately 2,850 square kilometers, and it is famous for its baobab trees and a large number of elephants. Tarangire National Park is one of beautiful parks in the area. Later you’ll be driven to the small town known as Karatu for your overnight stay.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Tour


This 11 Days Tanzania Safari day will be another amazing day to experience the Heritage Site of Ngorongoro Crater. Drive from your overnight stay and later return to the same hotel. Arrive at the Ngorongoro descending route at around 9:00 am and descend to the crater floor to experience an amazing game view. This is another exciting day of your time in the bush, getting to know your chosen destination intimately with exciting activities and local interaction. Ngorongoro Crater is famous as home to indigenous Maasai tribes who have been living in the area for many years. Lately, the Tanzania government shifted the Maasai people out of Ngorongoro for the conservation improvement so it is unfortunate that the Maasai tribes are no longer seen inside the crater. The Crater now is a happy home for wild animals like rhinos, lions, hyenas, wildebeest, zebras, buffalos and many other herbivorous and carnivorous animals.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park

Spend the 11 Days Tanzania Safari full day in the Serengeti National Park game driving. You have an opportunity to return to the lodge for a hot lunch as this lodge is in the central Serengeti National Park and can easily be accessible whenever need to return. During the summer, it is hot in the Serengeti so you can even spend the afternoon by the swimming pool or spend the afternoon at leisure whenever needed. Serengeti National Park is well known for its large annual migration of animals in the world, migrating from Kenya to Tanzania each year and back to Kenya through the deadly and fearful journey. This day will be concentrated in Western Serengeti or Central Serengeti, the best timing is May and June. The migrating herds pass through the Western Corridor towards the Grumeti River. Day 6: Serengeti National Park Tour

Upon arrival to Zanzibar, we’ll meet you from Stone Town Airport and transfer you to the accommodation in Stone Town. The areas are; Nungwi Beaches (north) Matemwe & Pongwe Beaches (east coast), Uroa (South beaches of Paje & Jambiani) and Stone Town. Day 9 of 11 Days Tanzania Safari: Matemwe Beach Relaxing

Relax at the white sandy beach of Matemwe. This is a great day to enjoy the beach, sun and dining. Matemwe is a village located in Kaskazini A district on the north East Coast of Unguja. Its economy is mostly based on seaweed farming and fishing. The main purpose of coming to Matemwe is the beach, which is the longest beach in Zanzibar. The beach is affected by the tide, so check tide schedules before walking down to the beach. If you are staying there, however, that is not a problem as the tide is high two times every 24 hours, it is a matter of time just wait.

Day 10: Matemwe Beach Relaxing


Enjoy your last day at the beach of Zanzibar.
